Who we are and what this policy covers
We are JJ Realty Group Inc., doing business as Call JJ Today, a real estate team affiliated with John L. Scott Real Estate in Medford, Oregon. In this policy, "we," "us," and "our" mean JJ Realty Group Inc.
This policy covers the website at calljjtoday.com and the forms on it. It does not cover any other site.
In particular it does not cover the brokerage-hosted agent site at jjkramer.johnlscott.com. That site is operated by John L. Scott and is governed by John L. Scott's own privacy notice, which you can read at https://jjkramer.johnlscott.com/privacy-policy. Information you submit there is handled under their policy, not this one.
Information you give us
The home valuation form on this site asks for:
- Property address
- Full name
- Phone number
- Email address
- Selling timeline
We also record the consent language shown to you at the moment you submitted the form, together with the date and time of the submission, so that both of us have a record of what you agreed to.
If you call or text the number on this site, we will have your phone number and whatever you choose to tell us.
Information collected automatically
Our hosting provider keeps standard server logs for requests to this site. Those logs include your IP address, your browser's user agent string, the page you requested, the referring page, and a timestamp.
Beyond that, your browser contacts a small number of outside services while a page loads: analytics and advertising measurement, typefaces, video playback, and photography. Each can see your IP address and your browser information, and some set their own cookies. These are the providers, and what each one is for:
Understanding how the site is used
- Google Analytics. Tells us which pages people visit and how they found the site, so we can see what is useful and what is not.
Measuring our advertising
- Google Ads conversion tracking. Records when a visit turns into a phone call or a completed form, so we can tell which advertising is worth paying for.
Typefaces
- Google Fonts. Serves the two typefaces this site is set in.
Video
- Vimeo. Plays the property video on a listing page that has one.
- YouTube. Plays the property video on a listing page that has one.
Photography
- John L. Scott image hosting. Serves some of the photography on this site from our brokerage’s own image library.
We want to be specific about what is not here, because privacy policies often describe things a site does not actually do. As of the date above, this site has no Meta or Facebook pixel, no tag manager container, and no heat mapping, session recording, or other advertising product installed.
Cookies and similar technologies
The analytics and advertising measurement described above use cookies and similar identifiers to recognize repeat visits and to connect an ad click to a later form submission or phone call.
You can limit this. Each provider offers its own opt-out:
- Google Analytics. Install the opt-out browser add-on at tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout.
- Google Ads conversion tracking. Adjust the advertising controls on your account at myadcenter.google.com.
- Or block and clear cookies in your browser settings. This site works without them.
This site does not currently display a cookie consent banner.
How we use information
- To respond to your inquiry, by phone, text, or email
- To prepare and deliver the home valuation you asked for
- To follow up with you about selling your property and about our services
- To measure which advertising and which pages produce inquiries
- To keep the records we are required to keep as a licensed brokerage
Who we share it with
We use a small number of providers to run this site and to handle your inquiry: hosting and delivery, lead management, and transactional email. They receive only what they need in order to do their job, and they are not permitted to use it for their own marketing. These handle what you send us:
Hosting and delivery
- Vercel. Runs this website and keeps the standard server logs described above.
Lead management
- Airtable. Stores your inquiry as our customer record.
Transactional email
- Resend. Delivers the email that tells our team a new inquiry arrived.
Separately, the outside services your browser contacts while a page loads see your IP address and browser information as part of serving that content. They are listed above, under "Information collected automatically."
These lists reflect our current providers as of August 2026, the last updated date at the top of this page.
We may also share information with John L. Scott Real Estate and its affiliated brokerage where that is necessary to provide brokerage services to you, with the professionals involved in a transaction such as title, escrow, lenders, and inspectors, and with our own legal and accounting advisors. We will disclose information where the law requires it, or to protect our rights or someone's safety.
We do not sell your personal information for money. One nuance is worth stating plainly rather than burying: Oregon law defines "sale" and "targeted advertising" broadly, and the advertising measurement described above may fall within those definitions. You can opt out. See your Oregon privacy rights below.
Text messages and calls
When you submit the valuation form, the consent language directly above the submit button explains that JJ Kramer and Team JJ at John L. Scott Real Estate may contact you at the phone number and email you provided, including by autodialed or prerecorded calls and text messages, about your property and their services. That consent is not a condition of any purchase. Message and data rates may apply.
You can stop text messages at any time by replying STOP to any message you receive from us. You can ask us to stop calling or emailing by telling us on a call, by replying to any email from us, or by writing to the contact details at the bottom of this page. We will honor the request. We may still need to contact you about a transaction you are already party to.
Retention and security
We keep lead and inquiry records for as long as is necessary to respond to your inquiry, to provide our services, and to meet our legal and recordkeeping obligations, and records may be retained after that in backup or archival storage.
Information you send through this site travels over an encrypted connection, and our vendor accounts are access controlled. No website or database is perfectly secure, and we will not claim otherwise.
Children
This site is meant for adults buying and selling real estate. It is not directed at anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18. If you believe a child has sent us information, contact us and we will delete it.
Your Oregon privacy rights
If you are an Oregon resident, the Oregon Consumer Privacy Act gives you the right to:
- Confirm whether we are processing your personal data, and access it
- Obtain a list of the specific third parties to which we have disclosed personal data
- Obtain a copy of your data in a portable format
- Correct inaccuracies in your data
- Have your data deleted
- Opt out of targeted advertising, of the sale of personal data, and of profiling in furtherance of decisions that produce legal or similarly significant effects
To make a request, email teamjj@johnlscott.com with the subject line "Oregon privacy request," or call (541) 843-8818. We will ask for enough information to confirm you are who you say you are, and we will respond within 45 days. If we need longer, we will tell you why and take up to 45 additional days.
If we decline your request you may appeal. Reply to our decision, or write to us at the address below, and say that you are appealing. We will respond in writing within 45 days and explain our reasoning. If we deny the appeal, you may submit a complaint to the Oregon Department of Justice at justice.oregon.gov/consumercomplaints.
Changes to this policy
If we change this policy we will update the date at the top of this page. If the change is significant, we will say so here.
